Stability through Partnership is a training program run by the Foundation for Pluralism and Centre for Promotion of Freedom of Expression and Access to Information Access-info , a Chisinau-based NGO.

The program beneficiaries are 40 young people, aged between 18 and 35, that live in the Republic of Moldova and are NGO representatives, journalists, civil servants or elected officials (Mayors, Deputy-Mayors, Counselors).

The program is funded by the The German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF)- Balkan Trust for Democracy and will take place in Chisinau (the Republic of Moldova) and Bucharest (Romania), between May 1 - October 31, 2007.

The program offers a unique approach to training sessions dedicated to young people who have chosen to be active in the civic arena. The Foundation for Pluralism , in partnership with Acces Info , designed this program based on citizens' views of politicians and on citizens' expectation from their elected representatives. The training modules have an interactive format and are aimed at improving the participants' communication skills,  increasing participants' sense of responsibility in practicing politics as a profession, and improving their negotiation and coalition building skills.

The trainers are Romanian experts and independent consultants with extensive expertise in their respective field. They will provide training sessions on: communication, strategic planning, public participation and  capacity building. The local training sessions will take place in Chisinau, between July 8-11, 2007,  10 Zimbrului St., Chisinau, a venue made available by the Labour Institute S.R.L.
