The roundtable on ¬ĄThe present and perspectives for improving public administration in Romania was held on November 15th 2010, in the European Affairs Committee Hall of the Parliament House.

The event was organized by the Public Managers Union in partnership with the Foundation for Pluralism in response to the initiative of a large number of public managers concerned about the current situation and prospects for a more effective public administration in Romania.

The roundtable aimed to bring into question a number of specific topics in the field of public reform, to identify the difficulties encountered in the use of European funds but also to provide insights and solutions in the correct assessment of the public function. The event was attended by public managers, members of the Romanian Parliament, representatives of NGOs and business representatives.
